ZB front end change

How hard would it be to change a tricycle front end to an adjustable
Wide front end on a 1953 ZB? Also, How hard are they to find? Thanks for any information.

Not that hard but you need to have the cast piece under the radiator along with the axle. I think
the R and Z's should be the same for that piece. I believe some of the axle part are interchangeable
from the R-Z and U series.

Alan is mostly right. There are minor differences you can live with. The main issue is the steering worm shaft is splined where the
universal joint goes on a ZB and on the Z, R, and ZA the universal joint is held on by a pin.
