This tractor is leaking oil at the PTO. I can't get the dust cap off. QUESTION----I understand there is an oil seal behind the dust cap and have been told that I can get along with out the dust cap....HOW DIFFICULT to install the oil seal and how is it done. Thank you len in michigan.........
