This is probably more for someone in MT. Does anyone know of or have a MM combine- the later type that 2800 style to like a 4296? It needs to be runnable and I would prefer a cab. I've got about 50- 60 acres every other year that I'd need it for, and since I like Minnies that's what I kinda want. I'm in central Mt and I know they haven't all been scrapped.
 
Was a minty one here on MB ND border. Was the Cockshutt painted MM colors. Was in shed all its life.
 
i have a 4292 used it till i bought bigger combine. it is the same combine as the 542 cockshutt combine. just painted yellow. they were a very good simple trouble free combine.

Should have bought the one up the road from me a mile in '87 when I had the chance. It was almost brand new- the guy didn't like the way it worked and went to custom cutters and let it sit. Had cab and cooler and grain monitor. I went to look about 10 years ago and his son had scrapped it. What a shame. Now I just want to cut feed barley that is a cover crop for Alfalfa.
 
I didn't take them. They were in the add. I sure had a hard time not checking that combine out but didn't have a shed for it so didn't want to get it and leave it outside. I hope someone got it that appreciated it.
