i bought a 335 with no power steering lines on it. i purchased n.o.s lines and put them on today and it started to spray steering fluid out of a pin hole in the front bolster, it sprayed it onto the crank shaft pulley. just wondering if the fluid is suppose to make it that far or not????? need any advice would be appreciated!!!!!!!! thanks!!!

I think we need a little more info. There should not be any pressure on the rear side of the front casting where it could spray on the crank pulley. Did you check to see if there is a piston and sleeves in the front casting? The only way I see for fluid to spray on the crank pulley is if the front casting is full & pushing oil out the vent.

how do i check for a piston and sleeves? i cant find a breakdown of it in my it manual. is there a possibility i have the feed and return lines on wrong?

Hi Bob,
There are parts breakdowns available for most M-Ms at the following link...

http://www.agcopartsbooks.com/PartsBooksN/Viewer/

Click on Browse Books, in the next window click on "White", then "Parts Books", then "Tractors", then "Minneapolis-Moline". The 335 is at the top of the list. You might have to download the Adobe SVG viewer to see the parts drawings.

Hope this helps!
