Steering on a 1949 RTU

What's my best option for fixing the sloppy U-joint in the steering?

Anywhere I can buy a new joint?

I'm not really wanting to put a ton of cash into the joint either, it still works but would like to tighten it up a bit. Thinking I might be able to find something similar and re-weld the joint to the couplers.

The old A & I replacement 6n series implement u joints were the ticket, but the last ones I got were the same chinese junk that comes from Tractor Supply. with the big fat hubs where the shaft went through.

I don't think anyone is offering a welded type replacement that is like the original. If you can find the upper steering universals off a UB or ZB they would work great as they are the correct 1" bore both ends for the R shafts. They use the 6n cross if it is worn out.
