Today I attended a farm sale located 15 miles east and north of El Dorado Springs,MO,.The owner is in bad health and sold his cattle ranch on the Sac River. On the sale were (10) MM tractors that were used mostly for haying.I had known about them for quite some time as the owners son-in- law works where I do.They are off the beaten path.

I took a 1+ mile walk to the east to take a picture of a 200 ft bluff overlooking the Sac River. This was once a party spot until a young lady fell to her death a few years ago.Its now closed off to the public.

Here are the results.

FWA G-1000 MM with engine apart -2800 hours - $9200 and went to a well known MM family in MO. The heads and blocks had been at a machine shop for over 2 years and were returned a week ago untouched.

The G-1355,G955's,and the G-900 were all running at the sale on a sunny but cold 36 degree day. When is the last time you saw (4) 955 MM's in a row.

G-1355- $4150-went to a guy I know.

G-955 with Miller loader- $5750

G-955 with canopy- $4000 -owners son bought it.

G-955 White with fresh engine-$4500-nice young man bought it to bale with.

G-955- $3700

G-900- $2600-I almost bid.

Jet Star 3-$2100 not running

UB MM LP $350 not running and I think a junker got it.Yes,I know that I or others should have bought it.

ZM MM-$400 not running

MM 108 Mower-$900-free but not running.

5 pallets MM parts-$100 each-some other stuff sold separate including a small G-1000 radiator for $240.

I gallon can of MM hyd fluid-$40

JD 55 combine-$450 not running.

Thanks for the information and pictures. Surprised how much that 108 brought. Glad they went to good homes. That FWA looks in descent condition, never seen front weights like that before. Seen a nice running, excellent condition wheatland G1000 FWA sell about 12 years ago for 8,000 and thought that was high, would have been a good investment. About 16 years ago seen a vista, factory cab with ROPS, FWA, and 3pt sell at auction in average condition, think it brought around 4500 and it went to Iowa, that one would have been a real good investment.

Went to a muscle tractor auction north-central IN 2 yrs ago, before the Recession of 2008 struck. A fully restored MM G-1000 FWA was auctioned there for over 50K. Excellent condition. The auctioneer said there were only 57 of the G-1000 equipped with FWA still around in running condition. A rare bird indeed. Enjoyed those pictures.

What is the difference between the G955 with the "White" and "MM" grills? Were the hood panels all yellow from the factory, or is the white paint stripe on the correct? Just curious since each 955 in the pictures appears a little different.

thanks for sharing the pictures!!!

Thanks for the great pictures and the prices.Putting up the prices and pictures gives a person a good idea as to what things are worth .

Guess I better get to working on some of our Moline lawn & garden tractors !

The earlier(1972&73) models had the white side panels and the "MM" on the front. 1974 models had all yellow side panels and said "WHITE" on the nose. The 1974 models also had a thinner band between the lower front windows and the windshield(where the lights are mounted) for improved visibility.

2100 for a non-running jetstar 3 seems a little high. Maybe I am just thinking too low for my four star.

FWA molines fascinate me, especially the G1000. My favorite is my g1000 rice special FWA. It looks quite similar to this G1000 except for bigger (rice) tires and a cab.
