I m not familiar with these tractors, It s my step sons and he s hooking up a front dozer blade on his tractor, we got all the brackets and framework hooked up, now to the hydrolics. My step son ordered this valve from Steiner tractor, it came in and it looks like it won t work, we planned on removing the small plate on the right top side of the transmission as your sitting on the tractor, and installing it there. The footprint of the new valve is way different than the small plate, Steiner says it s supposed to fit a 135.. I don t see how though. Any thoughts?

If you don't get the tube back in the right spot of the pump, the lift arms won't work.

ok, so now we have hydrolic issues, the lift arms won t lift.. we discovered this just before we were going to install the one way spool valve. We removed the standpipe plate and when we did the pipe came up with the plate. So I fished the pipe back down into its seat, then pulled coil wire and turned tractor over to see if fluid was pumping through the pipe.. it wasn t. So then we took side inspection plate off and noticed swirling around the pump, as well as it looked like it was raining fluid from the inside top. My question is this; if indeed I didn t get the standpipe put back into place correctly, will the lift arms lift? I m guessing it could be the releif valve, but what would cause the fluid to spray from the top of the inside? Sorry for the long winded post.. but I d like to get this resolved. Thanks!

I looked at my 135 with the same identical valve on it, so it will fit. If the gasket hangs over trim it off.

Yes it looks like it could fit, but the gasket and Maine body of the valve will be hanging over the transmission about 1". The stand pipe fits I don t know. I m gonna call steiners today and see what they say. I ll have a chance to work on it tomorrow.

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see

Does it look like it could bolt up and the standpipe could fit it? From the listing it looks like only two bolts, so can either go on or not I guess.

It doesn't look to me like the right valve for a 135 but I am no expert.

How about some pics. If it is the right one it should bolt on with 2 bolts and the stand pipe should plug up into it just like the original cap.
