MF35 Quadrant and Control lever setup.

Hi!

After having my hydraulic ram shear all the studs I've gone through the whole hydraulic system and replace what needed to be.
Putting it all back together I am having problems with the control levers and quadrant rollers. Its a new quadrant (my old one only had half remaining) and I have no idea if it has been set correctly from factory or if I have to start from scratch.
The service manual I have is of poor quality and I cant work out what is required to set it up.

Any help would be great!

Cheers,

Fil

YouTube channels Bundy Bears and Rachel Gingery.

I have my TO35 system all apart at the moment so I won't be much help yet...

Yeah I went through their channels but they dont seem to go into detail on this particular issue.

I did find a couple of problems. One was the lever arm was trapped in the wrong position so that one of them was in front of the other rather than them being parallel. The other issue is that the lower C shaped thing that rides on the bearings is rubbing on the lift cover and causing it to get trapped.
