Picked up a 135 with Perkins diesel today. Been looking for a decent one for a while. It starts and runs excellent with great oil pressure but there are tiny air bubbles getting into the radiator. No sign of oil in the radiator and no sign of water in the oil base. I'm hoping it is just a head gasket. Any other possibilities Cracked head????/

Start as per Janicholson suggested as per below on Tool Talk:

Janicholson even supplied you with the Internet supplier connection.
Then purchase the proper MF Service Manual

Use a combustion gas detector device in the radiator cheap and accurate detection of the nature of what you are seeing. Jim

I'd suspect the head gasket, I've never seen the 152/203 heads crack though it's possible. What USUALLY happens is if the head has been off before the HOT RETORQUE was not done per the Perkins shop manual. I have two 135s, the US MP diesel I have not seen awhile as my brother keeps using it. The GB eight speed diesel model needs a lot of work someday...
