Positive coil lead? (More 202 Work)

Next up is rewiring my workbull. I haven't been able to find a wiring harness so I was building my own but cant seem to find where this positive lead starts to finish on the coil? I love these big black blobs of useless info on the diagrams.

Thanks!

If you have a + ground system the + lead of the coil goes to the distributor. If - ground then the + lead goes to the ignition

The parts book drawings aren't intended to be wiring diagrams, so those don't give the level of info you are looking for to build a harness with. If the 202 WorkBull is like many Massey Fergusons, the actual wiring diagram you need will be found in the Operator's Manual. This site is one place that sells them. A phone call should be able to confirm if the manual has the wiring diagram. You might find a used OEM one on eBay. There might be one somewhere, but I have not seen a free pdf of one online so far.

The "I" terminal of the ignition switch is the common location where the wire to a coil connects.

Here is a link to a 135 Operator's manual online. The manual has wiring diagrams for both Gas and Diesel engines. It should be similar to your 202 and help you with what you need.

I have the manual as well as the service guide but last dec. a tornado took half the roof off my barn and the manual is mostly a clump of muddy pulp I couldn't read very well. I did find this online though.
