I have a 1947 Ferguson TE20 with a Continental Z120 Engine. I am redoing the engine (inframe) as i got colant in the oil.
The block has craks going downwards on the front side and the backside of where the o-rings on the cylinder liners are suppose to seal, on two of the four cylinders.
welding the block is to expencive, and new cylinders liner o-rings would not seal properly..... Is there some sort of seale substans or block seal i can use to seal?
PS, this is a one shot project, if this does not work i will convert to a Standard engine or P3 engine, so it does not matter if the cylinders liners gets stuck in there forever, i just want them sealed, and I just want to keep my Continental engine running.
Does anyone have any good suggestions?
