1962 MF 205 industrial - perkins diesel A3.152 injectors

I've got a 1962 MF 205 Industrial that I'm trying to locate the correct fuel injectors for. I'm having a hard time finding the correct injectors. YT shows that they have had them but are out of stock.

The motor is a Perkins A3.152 serial #CL1888315
The part number from the AGCO catalog is #733648M91, the injectors have a "F" stamp on the metal tags. The injectors look to be original due to the yellow paint that's still left on them.
Could there be something that I'm missing as far as numbers go? Or could it be that they just are not that common of a part to find?

I'm very new to working on diesel tractors but I purchased this one from someone who never did any servicing at all to it, so I'm just making the attempt to get her running good enough to use.

My reason for wanting to replace the injectors is it's got the upper end "diesel knock" coming from what seems like an injector or two or three. I drained the old fuel and the tank has some rust, not horrible, but it needs to be cleaned. The primary fuel filter was the worst I've ever seen, packed full of "sludgy" looking rust. I'm assuming due to the water in the fuel. I've read on other forums that water in the fuel can destroy the ends of the injectors causing them to stick and possibly make the loud knocking I here.

Sorry to be long winded but I'm at a loss trying to find these parts. Plus my wife's giving me the evil eye for having it apart in the driveway.

Does anybody have experience with flushing the diesel tank out with white vinegar?

Thanks for any advice... Tony

Those injectors have replaceable tips, if the injector bodies are good, have the tips replaced and opening pressure reset and injectors will be like new again. The
A3.152 uses the indirect injector/head design, and are harder to find injectors for. The later AD3.152 direct injected head is easier to find parts for.

Thank you very much, that helps a lot. I'll see if I can find a local diesel shop who can do it. If I can't find somebody local do you have a reputable shop I can contact to ship them to for repair?

Also how would you recommend cleaning out the diesel tank? I've got it off the tractor.

Thank you sir... Tony

Do a search for Spencer Diesel I just got a direct replacement for my 205 indirect injection because my injector had been damaged and could not be repaired. They rebuild injectors too fast service.
