i have a 2016 Massey Ferguson 1742 compact tractor with a DL 125 massy loader on it. the last 6 months when lowering the loader and release the joystick the loader still lowers approx 2 ft after the joystick is released. This happens some days and other day it dont, even if the tractor is hot or cold. Also the loader drifts down say 4ft in 20 minutes, the dealer says that maybe the joystick may have a loose connection but after checking that out there is nothing loose or broken in the joystick area. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem on the type and age of tractor / loader? I think there is a contol valve issue. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated before I let the dealer have it and charge the high rates, thanks in advance.
