Went and picked up the 135 yesterday. My memory not being so great these days, I couldn't remember the dash layout except that it didn't have a tach. Reading the manual I thought I'd bought a 135 Special economy version. Nope, a previous owner deleted the tach and welded a cover in the hole. I haven't been able to figure out- are the tachs on these mechanical or electronic? It appears to have an alternator and I see no tach drive like on my 65. Also doesn't appear to have power steering. Beyond some light bulbs and figuring out if the gauges work, I'm pretty happy. It has a cherry bomb type vertical muffler that's obnoxious, so that's getting changed too.
Anything specific to this model to look for? I don't have Multi-power, which I really like on my 65, but I can live with it as is.
