If they are both 6 speeds are many transmission parts interchangeable?

I believe you have the link to the AGCO parts books from when you were rebuilding a loader cylinder. Since no one has said one way or the other, you can open the parts books for those tractors and compare both for matching part numbers in the transmissions. And there may be serial number breaks where parts one side of the break fit but the other side doesn't.

There are MF 6 speed Transmission that are designed to operate with a SINGLE CLUTCH
There are MF 6 speed transmission that are designed to operate with a DUAL CLUTCH
There are MF 6 speed Transmissions that are MULTI-POWER

There are MF 6 speed transmissions that are designed to operate with a DUAL-CLUTCH that dismantled differently than the 6 speed transmissions that are designed to operate with a DUAL CLUTCH that were built in the 1950's.

PARTS VERY WIDELY DEPENDING ON THE ABOVE TRANSMISSIONS
