I've had my Massey 135 with the 3 cylinder diesel running now for about 3 months and have noticed the rpm's won't get above 1400 with wot. Is this a timing issue or the internal spring inside the injector pump
in the wrong Hole?

I had my injector pump rebuilt and it helped me get to about 2k RPMS with no PTO/implement. I think it's due to higher pressure going into the injectors instead of squirting down the side of my block.

I would check the fuel tap screen (remove fuel tap after draining tank), and both (if you have two) fuel filters should be replaced with new ones. It may be choked off somewhere.
