Industrial torque converter

I have a 205 Industrial with the Reverse-O-Matic drive and want to drain the Hydraulic fluid and put in Type A transmission which is what it is supposed to have. Is there a drain plug on the torque converter and do I need to drain it too? It slams into gear pretty hard with the Hydraulic fluid and always wants to creep even at 600 RPM.

My 204 which is the gas model has 2 7/16 bolts/plugs set 180 degrees apart on the flywheel side which do allow for draining. Mine were really tight and one rounded off using a 12 point box end wrench.
