MF35 perkins compression leak??

Hello

I have a recent to me 35x that has recently developed a hissing noise as it turns over to start.

I thought it sounded like an exhaust gasket leak so have removed the manifold to give a bit of access and had a nosey around.

the 3 triangular plates over each cylinder are tight and sealed??

when turning over it sounds like a leaky cylinder or valve leaking compresssion perhaps.

any pointers as to identify what need repairing ?

thanks for the help....

loks like the 3 cylinder caps with the part number 72 seals is the answer.

had a good looksie with a torch while turning over and removed a cap.... no seal was in there.

ordering parts now
