Davis 101 Loader - General Questions

Hello All,

I have a Davis 101A front loader and am searching for basic info about the system. I am wanting to replace the spool and can not find any information about the GPM of the pump or what the PSI ratings are.

I have a few hoses that need to be replaced and there are no markings on the hoses. I have considered just putting 3000 PSI hoses on, but wanted to ping the forum before asking

Pretty much all new hydraulic hoses are rated for at least 3000 PSI or more. IMO

Here are the specs for the 101 loader it says pump 17gpm at 2150PSI, it you are changing the spool you would want to match the GPM as closely as possible.

I looked into one for my 102 loader and the closest is the Prince 25GPM

Confirm the pump as being the original or the replacement matches the specs. The pump output (GPM and PSI) is what will guide you to the proper selection.

Thanks for the info. I have a 102 loader on the 65 from my grandfather. I am going to have to replace all the hoses first, but the valves have a lot of slop. I am anticipating have to replace them as well.
