Which block heater for a 4.236 mf175?

(quoted from post at 11:31:41 02/23/21) Looking to get a block heater ASAP for a local parts store? Napa?
Any help, thanks..

From the Phillips-Temro "Zerostart" catalog...

MF-175, 180 & 265 (AD4-236)
Part No. Watt Volt Diameter Type
3100013 600 120 1-1/4" Freeze Plug

"Installation Information: Install in Left, 2ND from rear. Point element UP/DOWN."

Check with your local places to see who can get you one the quickest.

The O'Reilly's store can get Tempro Zero start heaters. Some Perkins 354/236 blocks also had a 3/4 inch pipe plug for the heater too, that's what dad's 180 has.

I guess I need to figure out if I have a 3/4 or 1 1/4 hole for the engine heater!

I have a 4.236 in a Cat 426 and it has the 3/4" NPT heater in the indicated location. I don't have a MF175 so can't be sure it is the same, but the parts book and this picture indicate it might be.
