Here is a rough 1939 Massey 101 Standard serial #356007 that I purchased in early November...This makes my 12th 101 Massey..

Heres what it looks like today....I had most of what it was missing..I will probably never have the correct rear fenders or the correct governor for the Chrysler engine..I do have the correct engine front side shields for it on another row crop tractor and Irv Chew is making the rear side shields as they are shorter than the row crop ones..My 101 has the 24" rear wheels...What year did they go to 26" rear wheels?

Does anyone on here own a 1938-1941 Massey Standard with the Chrysler engine? If so lets hear about it or lets see some pictures if you have some..They are very rare in my area...Row crop 101's are plentiful..

Heres a 1938 or 39 model 101 Standard that sold for $1,732 earlier this year on a online auction..

Hi, We used to own this Super 101 Twinpower tractor. I do not know what year it was, but I still remember it had a 251cuin flat head Chrysler engine, 13x26 firestone rear tires,(The rear wheels and tires were a perfect fit from a D case tractor) The tractor had loads of power, had a fast high gear, was a temperamental starter (often had to be pull started) The side curtains often had to be tied open on a hot day when working hard, as the engine would get hot. It was replaced by a 44. Here in Saskatchewan there were a lot of Massey Harris tractors most were standard models. I always thought MH was a very good tractor

Heres pictures of the carbs on both of my 101 Seniors with 226 Continentals in them..Both are Marvel Scheblers but I cant make out any numbers..Sorry...The yellow motor came out of a street sweeper..

THANKS THOSE PICS ARE FINE NOW I HAVE A STARTING POINT LOOKS VVERY CLOSE TO WHAT I COULD USE I REALLY APPRECIATE IT KARL

I was over to a friends place today ....He has (3) 101 Massey's and says that a Marvel Schebler TSX is a common carburetor on a 226 Continental..

Nice Standard. I have a 1940 Super 101 row crop. The chrysler is original, but tired. Do you have contact info for Irv Chew I'm assuming he reproduces the side(s). I need a side for under the fuel tank. Mine has the cast center for the grilles but I'm still looking for grill halves too. Thanks for posting eb

With all those 101s sitting around, would you have a spare clutch shaft in good shape for a '46 Jr, 162 Continental? I have a good set of the rear curved side shields (hide the battery) for trading stock. steve
