Time to rebuild the front end on a 65. I've heard the bushings have to be reamed for the spindles to fit. True or not? If so, is there a standard size to ream to?

They have to be sized to fit the shaft. Measure shaft and give about .02
thousand clearance.Your shaft will be worn. You can drive old top bushings
down and the bottom up to replace new one. If someone hasn't already done
it. Or just remove old ones.
