I went and bought a nice 135 with Continental Engine Monday. Today a gentleman called me with a MF 150 with the Perkins gas engine and a
front end loader. He has had it since it was almost new. Needs paint and some minor things but overall in decent shape and runs out good. I
have a rebuilt 152 Perkins diesel in a 205 industrial that I would like to put in it if I buy it. How much hassle is it to do? I know the
linkage will be different, What else. I always find what I really want after I buy something I can live with. 3 grand is what he wants for
it.

The engine from the 205 should bolt right in the 150. Since the 150 has the gas Perkins I would think the fuel tank from it would work. The only thing I can really see that could be a problem (unless you are good with fabrication) would be the thottle, and fuel shut off linkage (wich you could find off a 150 diesel parts tractor). You may also have to change the fuel filter mounting, and redo a couple of fuel lines.

Just wish I had known about it before I bought the 135 gas. The 135 is in good condition though so I wont have to change any motors. The 150
would have required some other work too. Thanks for the info
