Front tire tubes

Besides matching the tube size to the tire, does it matter which or
what tube I use? The tire size is 7.50-16.

No-- Bias or radial will work.

just do not buy the cheap tube.

I'd use the radial type tube and be sure you get the correct stem on the tube or you can end up having problem with the stem getting hung up on things an ripped off

Note what Old said, must be a tube for an implement, the truck valve stem placement will not work.
