MF 1250 overheating

I purchased a MF 1250 with about 420ish hours on it. The tractor runs great and no issues of overheating until I bush hog. When it got hot I cut it off and let it sit for a while. Started back up and the engine wasn't starting to overheat until I engaged the pto again. When I got back to the house, I drained the coolant and it looked old and rough. Flushed the radiator and cleaned the fins real good. Changed the thermostat, replaced fan belt, added new coolant, and even changed radiator cap. I didn't get to start it yesterday but I was going to today. With all that being said if it still runs hot, would the only option left be the water pump?

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

The water pump probably won't cause it to run hot unless the belt is really loose, or the fins in the pump are bad. I would say the tubes inside the radiator are probably clogged up, have a radiator shop check out the radiator.
