Afternoon: I left a call out question for you on tractor talk, on page two by now:)
its a massy machine so probably should looked for you here, any thoughts you have are appreciated.
tks

The 1030 parts book shows a PFR type injection pump that bolts into engine block, and does not have it's own oil for cam/tappets. A photo would help, pump might be Diesel Kiki/Zexel model. None around here I know of to look at either..

Evening, tks for the reply, I called and he has boxed it up for shipping to the shop,
but he did say it bolts onto a housing and the plunger runs off a gear driven cam, and when the housing
"has" the proper level of oil, the cam is half submerged.
unique/strange/efficient engineering? I have to see it when the repairs( if possible) are done.
