MF 35 Multi Power Clutch

I have a 1961 multi power MF35 that needs a 11" dual clutch replaced. What specs should i be looking at to order? Also, I see a mini oil residual, so is rear crank seal easy enough, or should I be looking at front of tranny or both?

Hi, a replacement main plate and clutch unit from any reputable
supplier should suffice. You will need a clutch alignment tool to align
the plates with the pilot bearing before removing the slave screws.
Most replacement clutch units are supplied readily adjusted. I always
rebuild clutch units. It is always advisable to replace the rear crank
seal when the tractor is split. A straightforward job but the flywheel is
heavy so be careful. I would always recommend a genuine
Perkins/MF seal as I have had problems with non-gen ones leaking
after a few hours work. Oil presence at the rear face of the backplate
is sometimes caused by failure of the rear sump (oil pan) gasket but
there is no way to tell until you replace one and see whether the leak
goes or not. You will need a suitable jack, engine stands and ideally
an engine hoist. The straighter that you can keep the two halves
when you split them the easier it should be to rejoin them. A good,
preferably MF workshop manual is essential.

Check both seals. I always change transmission seals on older tractors. Most time they have never been changed.Make sure you have the cotter key in housing.

Unfortunately my local dealer is not much help after I gasped at the $625 quote for a clutch kit. Assume the 526666M91 and forged fingers and 10 PTO spline are the important #'s.

Found Rear Crankshaft seal

But what trans seal(s) should I replace.

Thanks
