MF-65 cranking

I have a MF-65 gas that has set in a shed for about 10 years. Engine is free, turns by hand. Took the plugs out did a comp test, 105-110 on all 4. After it turns about 4 turns it slows way down like a dead battery. Checked the battery and it is strong on a load test. Seems like a hydraulic problem, loads up and pulls the engine down. After it sits for a Minuit it will do the same thing.
Any ideas? Any way to disconnect the pump and just spin the engine?

hat seemed to work. Holding the clutch down while starting and after it was running good I let the clutch out and the arms came up. They might have been stuck and trying to lift while cranking. Now that it is freed up all seems to be OK.
Thanks
