Hi Larry, much has been said below. In addition to that;
Partly drain the oil and remove the RH side cover. Inside you will see
the two vertical fingers coming down from above. Behind them at the
bottom you should see the pump control valve lever trying to push
the fingers forward. When the pump lever is forward the pump is in
the discharge position. As you raise the Position Control quadrant
lever the PC finger should push the pump lever rear wards into the
pumping position. Have an assistant slowly lift the 3-point and if the
PC lever is set about halfway you should see the pump lever move
forwards to a central ‘neutral’ position as your assistant lifts the 3-
point to the corresponding position. If this is working ok lower the PC
lever and you should see the pump lever move forwards into the
discharge position briefly.
