Does anyone know what the hard-line is on the right side of the picture? The one with the banjo fitting. It goes back into the reAr end case at the back of the tractor under the seat. For some reason I can t find this in the parts manual online. [/list]

Here is the picture......

I am sure many will have the definitive answer but it looks to be a hydraulic line for implements behind the tractor. e.g.
raising and lowering a cart with an hydraulic lift piston.

I have NEVER operated a MF 135...

However, my 1963 MF 35 X Operators Inst. Book has the below info.....

I have seen the same installation as yours on a MF 35 3 cylinder Perkins Diesel ..
