Got the new governor on today. The Manual must be for a seasoned guy that needs just a little help. A plate come with the governor so I put it on behind the governor and tighten to 35 ft lbs The lip on the nut I put in the space in governor and the shaft it goes on. The governor will only spin when cam is turning. Sure hope that's right, if not please say so. If all of that is right, I'll put everything back together.

I took this year off from hay, have some things I'm getting behind on, not only that, hope to get a new knee.

I did get to go fishing this week end. The river is about 1/2 mile behind my house. Several people went down there last week and all caught fish, I go they get lock jaw. The river is the only reason I live here.

The governor will only spin when the cam turns. As the cam spins the faster it goes the more the balls move outwards which moves the angled cover over the balls forward which in turn moves the governor arm.
