How hard is it to rebuild the multi power on a Massey Ferguson 65 dieselmatic mine does not go in to high at all you can move the handle the rod moves going in to the transmission but nothing happens

If the MP clutch pack has to come out for repair then the complete transmission has to come out, as the input shaft comes out the trans rear for clutch pack removal. Might be the shift spool isn't moving, or the MP gear pump is not supplying oil to the spool valve block too..

Is their a place to check the pressure to see if the pump is working?

Nope, 35. 50. 65 never had a test port for the MP pump. Pump can be removed with the lift cover off though..

So their is really no way to tell if the pump is working or not

Yes, but only with the lift cover off to hook up a flow meter. Good chance the pump is fine, but the drive TO the pump has failed.
