Are there any AGCO dealers that frequent here? I wanted to ask if
anyone going to the AGCO dealer meeting at the end of this week In Perry, Georgia? First time going and didn t know what to expect/plan for.

I hope you pick up some valuable info that can convince me to try the Simpson? diesel someday. Too many years with a Perkins from the 152 to the 640 leave me 'apprehensive' to say the least about trying a new Massey in the future. Good Luck with your trip!

I m new to the "new" Masseys. I too am familiar with the ones from the 60s and 70s but I don t think we can compare tractors of any brand to the older tractors like that. I have faith that the newer ones are great machines in competition with the other brands. They are a world leading company and didn t get there with crap products. I m getting excited for the meeting and what they ll present to us .

That's only 18 miles from me straight up the 4 lane. Is this just for dealers or anybody and when is it??

I don?t know what they had in 2004 but I worked at a New Holland dealer that also sold hesston in order to sell hesston you had to sell an Agco tractor line to so we sold Massey Ferguson and those tractors were about bullet proof never had any problems of any kind with them.

I hope someone at the meeting can get through to Agco to give up on this overpriced Fendt crap and go back to the backbone of Agco which is M.F. They need to make
them full line with articulated and track tractors plus the new Ideal combine. They never push M.F. and treat them like a sideline company with small tractors and hay
equipment. Seems they are trying to destroy a 160 year old company

That's good to know. I forget when they sold Perkins to CAT so in 2004 they could have been Perkins still? But today you get a Simpson which has me concerned until I get more info.
