Maybe this is some help or a place to start? look on Belarus.ca web site, they show the Belarus engine line, and mention
the SAE number that applies to them, based on hp.
So if you can get a SAE number of the original engine block, and or the number for the transmission side of the 1030 from MF ?
And maybe if you can get hands on a copy of the ACME Machinist Guide "bible", the info might be there or how to measure and figure it out?

Thanks for the help. I was hoping it might share the same SAE bellhousing, but have found very little info.
 
True, but is a gamble. I would need to spend mucho money on an engine I guess and then hope a machinist could make one. Still, might have to pursue this option..

Is this still the same 1030 you posted about earlier this month? How did the used engine that was being checked out turn out?
