mf2135 sn 9A-35824 Power steering

Hi.Newbie here. ive a '65 mf2135 with 200 loader and 222 backhoe. Cant find any info on the power steering system fitted to this tractor. it looks factory and not an add on powered by a perkins 3cyl diesel with disc brakes. A spool valve sits right under the steering wheel (splined steering wheel shaft) and is hydraulically connected to the steering hydraulic cylinders at the front axle. i have the parts manuals for the 203 work bull and 2135 and can't locate any info for parts or repair (the steering wheel shaft has a lot of slop going into the valve) . Try the on line parts book for the 2135. There are differences in gas and diesel, the utility and turf tractors, and serial number breaks within those groups as well. There are a pages on the steering column and box, lines, and cylinders. word of advice is to read the pages for gas if something you want doesn't show in the index for diesel or vice versa; They sometimes will go to fuel mid way down a gas page.

If you are looking for repair info you need the service manual. AGCO pubs will have it. This site's store may have the service manual as well. There is a link to AGCOPubs on the homepage for the AGCO parts books.
