Christmas Greetings from South Wales

A very good morning from South Wales to all of our YT friends wherever you may be. Babs and I send our Christmas
greetings and best wishes for Christmas and a Happy and (breakdown-free)Healthy New Year. It's interesting to
reflect that if you have a TE or TO 20 tractor that might be potentially 73 years old, a 35 or 65 could be 63 years
old and a 100 series 55 years old. Most of them will still be ready to do a day's work....not quite so sure about us
though. It's still quite easy to to get down to work under a tractor but the getting back up...that might be a
different story. Sadly new knee and hip joints aren't so readily available over the counter from the local parts
store. We will put up with any discomfort to keep our pride and joy tractors and machinery going and long may we do
so because its our passion.
Enough of my ramble for now.
Have a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to being able to help any YT readers with their problems and
questions in 2020.
Please feel free to add your own Christmas Wishes.

Merry Christmas. I've had distance lenses installed in both eyes so now no hunting glasses all the time, old age is not for sissys.

Merry Christmas and thanks to you and all the other folks who help make these Massey Ferguson tractors run!

Funny story - maybe....

I have a 1962 year model MF 50 diesel. My brother bought a TO-20 and my Dad asked me what I thought of that tractor. I told him I would never buy anything that old, I?d stick with the newer tractors from ?62... That was around 2009... My Dad rolled his eyes - LOL!

Cheers DavidP and all for a great New Years. I for one appreciate this MF forum group and the notable experts and MF and MH enthusiasts too. Fingers crossed my 1950s era Ferguson 20 rake and NH Super 68 baler, 1969 MF 165D, and 1975 MF 265 make it another year without incident!

Hello, not sure if your posting was
intended for me but here goes;
I wasn't looking for a seat for my
Detroit 150 as I was fortunate to buy a
new cushion and backrest for the early
type suspension seat from the man who I
purchased the tractor from. As you may
know there are not that many US parts
suppliers who will ship outside the US. I
was hoping that I would be a lot further
on with this refurb by now but an
explosion of work for customers on their
older MFs has set me back. I will need to
order parts in due course for it
The firm that I will most likely use is
Walt's Tractors in Miss if I recall.
Brian Unger is the man to contact. If you
are in no rush perhaps we could combine
shipping when ready. May well work out
cheaper than 2 orders perhaps.
