Help ID my MF tractor

i am a new user seeking help in identifying the exact model MF I own in order to buy the pertinent books to match my tractor. I am posting pics that will aid in the ID of model so I don't purchase the wrong applicable books. If you can assist in narrowing down the info I need by viewing the pics and casting numbers I will be appreciative of your time and response.
I used the Ser.# ID on site to id the year my tractor was manufactured and came up with 1969. The serial # is 9A74268 and falls between the years 1969 and 1970. I attached a pic of serial # plate.
My mechanic mentioned it was a MF 30 or MF 165 industrial. The original color appears to be MF Yellow underneath the coat of paint I put on it 15 years ago.
I have no idea why all the pics are turned around. Sorry but that is how they loaded.
Ty for helping to ID my MF>

I posted 20 pics but only see 2. ??????

I did not mean to click on the site gallery pics. and don't know if they even showed up.

I believe the Perkins 4.203 was used in the MF165, 3165, and MF30. My understanding is the 3165 is basically an industrial MF165. What does the front axle look like?

If you go to AGCO Publications there is a phone number for customer service, in the upper right corner, you can call. With your serial number they may be able to tell and sell you exactly the books you need.

(quoted from post at 15:57:09 12/03/19) Did u mean 1965 or mf165
y for the info. I will call tomorrow. I am attaching pic of front axle. Most MF165 I have looked at do not match mine.

No photo. Search MF30 and MF3165 and look at images of each. Front axles are heavier than the MF165.

MF 165. The Perkins AD4.203 was first used in the MF 65 Dieselmatic built in 1963 and 1964. The UK market most 165 models had the D 212 Perkins diesel, was a smoother running engine than the 203 US market used. Only 212 US had in late 165 models was the AG4.212 Gas engine..

Appears to be the industrial front axle so I lean towards the Mf30 or 3165 not a MF3165. Hopefully the people at AGCO Publications can tell for sure from your serial number.

Agco said it was a 3165 after searching the Serial# but wasn t sure. I have been told that MF does not precede 3165. Still not sure what year.

Ty ptfarmer, I will do that today Lord willing. I am surprised I have not seen a pic in the photo gallery. I have only had this post about a week and hopefully someone will see it and respond who has this model, or a pic, the longer it runs. Thxs again to you and others who have taken the time to respond. I am looking forward to the day I can purchase the pertinent books for a redo especially the sheet metal.
