Wedge tool MFN-163

Anyone have a picture or measurements to make this tool? I am in need of this for my 68 175 lift cover adjustment.

My manual says to installed this wedge tool. Too hold it in a neutral position. What exactly does that mean? Is it centered or just holds it fully extended? I suppose if I make this tool, it be obvious!

Hello, attached is a sketch with the dimensions for the MF270B (UK) dashpot wedge. It is essential to hold it securely
in place when carrying out the 'Relief Valve Blow-off and Drop Rate' adjustment. This is the only way that you will
achieve a consisyent drop rate. If you make a wedge it is essential that it fits inside the pump lever and allows the
pump lever to move fully.
Also attached is the sequence for marking the lines on the drop arm.

Hi David! Am getting ready to repair the draft control spring and re-adjust the hydraulic lift cover on my MF-165 for which you sent me an excellent email.

I was looking for your tool drawings and found the one in this post. I also saw the book you scanned a page from.

What book is this? It looks excellent. I have the I&T Manual and the factory repair manual for the MF-165 but it doens't look like the step by step book in four languages that you posted!

Thank you David!

Dusty
