TAKING WHEEL OFF MASSEY 30

I wanting to take this wheel off a massey furgenson backhoe I recently acquired. I am not familiar with massey at all. My question is it looks though there is a wheel weight. if it remove the bolts for the wheel weight will it just come off by itself to expose the bolts for the wheel. thanks norm

That is not a separate wheel weight. It is a cast wheel center. Removing the eight nuts in the center will let the cast center and the wheel rim come off the tractor together. There will be other fasteners to separate the wheel rim from the cast center. Be very careful as the two together are a heavy combination.
 
Probably weighs less than the other side as it my be liquid filled. After one close call I now let out a little air from the stem to check first before removing.
 
this will be my first experience with a Massey. definitely a project that I might bit off more than I can chew. not positive yet but I think its a model 30 industrial back hoe. 4 cylinder gas,
 
Looks like it has the 6 loop wheels, and the loops look to be on the outside of the cast center. If it is you can take the tire/wheel off separately from the center if you wanted to.
