How to add 12v plug..65gas

I want to add a couple 12v SAE 2 wire plugs to this old MF65. They will be used to power a backup camera, work light, 12v sprayer.
Looking for experience to find the best place to tap in for both hot and ground and suggestions how heavy to fuse it.
The starter switch was changed long ago so I don't think that has a light terminal. Is there a downside to just going straight to the battery terminals?

The only possible downside I can think of is the plug being hot all the time. That is only a downside if you forget to unplug something that drains your battery while the tractor isn't being used.

Battery positive to a toggle switch, toggle switch to receptacle. Then you can turn it on or off as needed.

I might add #12 wire and 20 amp fuse should do what you want.
