How much is a MF-220 Backhoe attachment worth?

Hi,

My MF-65 Utility came with a Model 220 backhoe that works great, but I have zero use for as I also own an excavator.

I want to take it off so I can use the three point for other attachments, are they worth selling & if so, how much do they normally go for?

Thanks

Nick

It's worth selling, but it depends on how good it works. If it works good I would take a video of it working, and any bad points it may have before removing it from the tractor. There is a real nice 3165 (pretty much the same as a 65) industrial with a loader/backhoe for $6,900. It will go on a MF 35, 50, 65, 150, and 165 according to the parts book (probably also a MH50, and Ferguson F40). If it's in good working order I guess about $2500 at the most since it's a old backhoe.

Thanks, this all works perfectly, I will take a video before I remove it as you suggest.

It needs painting & a seat, so I will probably put it up for $1,950, I have plenty of space & am not really in any hurry to sell it.

Thanks

Nick

It would also go on the industrial tractors, 202, 203, 204 and 205.

If it has no leaks, all the controls work, the pins aren't too sloppy, the cylinders don't leak down etc. it might be worth that.
From experience with mine, which came with a 202, they are a pretty powerful backhoe but can get expensive once you start fixing things.
