MF 20c Year Identification (badge missing)

I recently bought my first tractor a MF 20c from a family of a gentleman who had restored it about 95% of the way before he died. Unfortunately it is missing a couple of small items including the small ID badge on the bottom left of the instrument cluster. Is there another way to identify the year of the tractor using the serial numbers off of the other areas on the tractor. Thanks

Seems to be a bunch of those ID badges missing. Did they use plastic rivets or something similar to put those things on?
