Just about done with this '67 MF 135 restoration. Just a few things left:

1. Need to get the grill guard blasted and painted
2. Need to order correct steering wheel (the one I ordered from this site wouldn't allow steering shaft to go down for right turns)
3. Need chrome nut and washer for steering wheel (the one ordered from ebay seller does not fit as advertised)
4. Need the plastic collar that covers the steering shaft above the dashboard (I destroyed mine trying to get the old steering wheel off)
5. I have to relearn how to post pics on this site.

The plastic nose was severely cracked in several places. Just a couple spots holding it on the tractor. I repaired with fiberglass and resin then redrilled the holes.

Looks great. I rebuilt mine about 5 or 6 years ago. It was nice and pretty then but i knew it would last long with plowing, brush hogging and
stuff. But i totally went through the motor with new liners and pistons reground the crank ,and went through the head also. Runs like a champ

Completely dismantled the grill and side panels, bead blasted, painted, then reassembled with stainless steel bolts and nuts.

Thanks DitchWitch. Mine is going to be a working tractor too. My wife said too bad we just can't show it but, I bought it to use. I didn't need any engine work. It ran strong and didn't use any oil in the two years I've owned it. Compression in all cylinders tested high and even. I was lucky there.

Very nice job that tractor is beautifull. Try external link for the remaining parts you need. Based out of Michigan and has huge inventory.

I got mine cause the engine was knocking at a great price. And being i was going to have to tear the motor apart i decided i would just
rebuild the whole tractor and be done with it. Had fun doing it gathering up all the new stuff i was going to need. Got a lot of stuff from
here at YT. I did the same thing sand blasted primed and painted. Man that thing was pretty and clean just like yours but not now. You really
did do a great looking job on yours. You should be really proud. The only little problem i had was when i replaced the bushings in the front
axles that took some time and a lot of honing to fit the spindle shafts. Probably didn't have to do those bushings but i did. I figured front
end was off so might as well.

I went through a lot of brake clean on the engine. I just didn't want any sand near it. But, I did have to sandblast the back end. The front bolster and axles were off so I did blast and paint them away from the tractor.

I don't have a paint booth and I painted on some of the most hot and humid days outside. Some of the paint didn't level out quite like I wanted but at least the bugs weren't bad.

Great job there on the 135, have one myself to restore. After years of cleaning, sandblasting, painting, etc I'm done with tractors too pretty to work. One got sandblast into rear drums then wheels locked up.

Thanks 2tractors. I got my compressor in 1991 and restored it. It's a 1958 Jaeger piston pump powered by a flathead continental engine. 75 cfm. I've done a lot of sandblasting with it and used to really enjoy sandblasting but not so much any more.
