Greetings all,

Thanks in advance for your patience with this first time soon to be tractor owner.

I should be headed out this Wednesday to pickup a 202 work bull Model 200 Serial 5079 (No 30 in front of the number?)

I'm loading up my cart with parts I know already that I'll need but when picking out my missing air cleaner I didn't see an option for the connection pipe to the carb? This here:

Seller says they have a water pump leak of some sort but I'll look into that more once I'm in possession and check the seal vs replacement pump.

Guess I need to invest in my guide books now and figure out just how many hydraulic lines this thing has... Its the backhoe model with its own seat and straight down support legs and not pivoting outriggers which leads me to my next question.

The PTO or where it should be seems to have a steel cap or bottle shaped guard where the shaft should be, is it under there or did some of these models not include a PTO? The plate that holds the oil seal is there but just this odd projected cover sticking out.

I guess thats all for now till I can get her home and give it a good bath and detail any issues. The only thing I know right now is that she sounds great with zero knocking or clicking just the whistle of air entering directly into the carb.

Thanks much!

(quoted from post at 07:44:52 08/13/19) Go to parts on this site and compare the pto cover to yours.

Similar to this https://www.yesterdaystractors.com/..._u-WOnnMkTlYXm6Q-qav8L9LDt2hB54UaAjrFEALw_wcB

as I understand the 202 is a 35 base model. So I'm guessing I have a PTO under there. Now my question is how the heck to add a proper 3point to this setup. (Sorry I'll have more photos tomorrow on acquisition) the large seated backhoe attaches with some rather long linkage bars to the mid point in the frame and I don't have the hydraulic shifter lid that's under aside the seat on some models.

I would call the vendor and have them confirm how it comes.

(quoted from post at 09:01:30 08/13/19) It's from here, was kinda hoping a rep might pop their head in lol.

Hmm may be difficult.. without a PTO shaft sticking out there
and the raise lower levers might need a broken down parts tractor because all the extra parts needed to convert over
Backhoe attachment looks like a Model 220

Some came equipped with 3pt hitch and PTO, most did not. Mine did although I have not used it much because it's a bit of a pain to remove the backhoe mounting "arms" which attach to the loader mount.
As already stated, find yourself a broken TO35 or similar and rob everything you need from it. I have all that you need but I'm in Canada and with such heavy parts, shipping would be pretty high.

At least I have a plan, thanks for that. I'll start my parts hunt once I see what else I need. I think I was overly hopeful reading the tractor data pages seeing the 3 point option but in person trying to figure out this strange configuration.

New question, my buddy is worried about the weight and positioning on his trailer, does anyone know what the shipping weight is on this loader? I'm trying to lookup the 220 bh and add them to the 3060# tractor ship weight

(reply to post at 17:19:00 08/13/19)
I was reading around 2700 for bh 400-500 range for loader that's say 3200, tires are empty and no weight plates, and tractordata lists a 202@ 3060 for ship weight. This is almost very low on fluids. I'm guessing 6500# at the moment but I don't own any of the manuals.

The bucket alone on the front-end loader will weigh 500lbs or more, if that's what you're asking about. Probably closer to 3000lbs, or more with the loader arms, mounting frames, cylinders and fluid.
