The 4.236 or 4.248 Perkins would be a good upgrade from the gas engine, and will bolt right in.

Ok so I found two used 236s but one is out a wood chipper, and the second one is out of a forklift. Does anybody know if they are the same set up.

You need to find out if they are stress blocks, or not. Since the engine is part of the frame on these tractors you need a stress block. I don't think the wood chipper, or forklift has a stress block
