Hydraulic fluid

I looked up the MF spec fluid but when I look at the products at the local TSC, Wally World, NAPA none of them list the MF spec. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Not sure what year you're working on but a good tractor fluid should do the trick. Its usually called Universal Tractor Fluid (and not 303). Tractor supply sells their house brand by the 5 gallon bucket for pretty cheap and it works.

I wouldn't hesitate to run the tsc tractor fluid if that were my tractor. In fact I ran about 6 buckets of it in my 2004 skid steer

Don't know which TSC fluid you were looking at, but here is the specs met from a pail of the TSC premium UTF. They say it meets AGCO and MF specs.

The one posted is the exact one I ran for quite a while and in all sorts of machines. Recently came across a deal on Rotella so thats waiting to go in the tractor but I wouldn't hesitate on the tractor supply brand.
