44 throttle cable

I have a massey Harris 44 early serial number and I need a throttle cable. Parts book only shows a metal rod not a cable. Looking for ideas. Thanks

There was a cable to the choke. Any universal one can be modified
The throtle to carburetor was metal rods, as in most tractors. controlled by the governor

Some of the early 44's had a cable from the bottom of the steering column to the carb, I have only seen maybe two in my life, but they had a cable, it was heavier than a choke cable with a black coated housing.I don't know where to find one though, maybe convert it to linkage from a parts tractor.

Mainly I need a picture of the pivot assy from the throttle linkage on the steering column (which moves left to right) and how it makes the throttle rod move back and forth
