MF135 Hydraulics rear hydraulic wont lift but auxiliary work

I have a 69 MF135, with front loader on it. With a diverted valve for auxiliary hydraulics.
I recently replaced the hydraulic pump, and when in the bottom i found the pot valve had blown the freezer plug out so i put the pot valve back together also. The rear lift will not work. i am getting hydraulic fluid up the tube to the diverted valve.
opened side cover and when i try to raise the lever to lift rear. tractor seems to be under load and hydraulic pump blows oil from the pressure valve.

i checked the lever action at the side panel and they seem to work good.

what could be the problem?

Hello, the linkage should rise when you push the pump lever rearwards against the vertical lever. When you move the
quadrant Position Control lever upwards to rise the pump lever should move rearwards until it reaches full lift or the
position that you have selected. As Bob has suggested you need to check the pipework from the divertor valve. Set up a
hose from the DV outlet into a bucket. If possible remove any quick-release couplings in the line. They can be faulty.
Select the external service and operate the quadrant lever. If all is good you will have oil entering the bucket. If
the tractor still sounds to be under load remove the DV and stackpipe and operate again AT IDLE. If oil is being
transferred you will see the oil coming out of the stackpipe port but not enough to cause a flood!!!!! If your tractor
has Pressure Control you will not be able to remove the pipe fully.
Let us know how you get on.
