high low shifter effecting neutral switch

Is there adjustment to the high/low shifter on a MF 50? If I start to move it to the rear, tractor fires right up. And sometimes after using will fire right up. But then other time a slight movement to the rear will allow it
to start. Thank you as this is a good anti thief device but a pain in the a______.

have you tried a new switch ? cheap And Easy.

No adjustment that I know of other than taking it out and cleaning it up. Actually I've seen some with a crush washer under them. Do away with the washer, if there, and clean it up.
