MH 44 - What Is This Carburetor Part?

I'm having trouble locating a replacement for the part in the image. It doesn't come in any rebuild kits I have seen so far. Anyone know what it's called? I'll probably never find one until I figure out what it is first. It screws into the opposite end of the main jet on the choke side of the lower half of the carb and extends into the throttle portion of the carb.

Looks like main jet to me, should be easy to find.

I always check this site first, but none, Steiner has them.

Looks like a main or pilot on a normal carb. On this they only show a T shaped needled and fitting as the main jet. It's not on any diagrams either.

The carb should be a Zenith model 62AJX9
